Staying here was an amazing experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities are top-notch. Moreover, the location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, and parking was never an issue. The breakfast spread was impeccable, and the staff was always available to help.
Liked everything. I had a memorable stay, and there is nothing I disliked about this hotel.

The food at the restaurant was great and the service was excellent. The mixed fish and meat plates were amazing, and the staff were friendly and child-friendly. The location was perfect, with a nice view of the ski-piste. We enjoyed having lunch and dinner here.
Our room was not properly cleaned, and the trash was not emptied. It would have been great if they had cleaned the room every day and provided fresh towels.

Our Christmas holidays at this hotel were enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations of activities and sights to see in the area. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains and the easy access to the ski slopes.
There was a downside to our stay. Despite having read the hotel info provided, we missed the detail that the hotel no longer had a bar or restaurant and this was a letdown for us.
